Primary One Admission Application

 

A. Application for Discretionary Places

(1) Submission Period: 18–26 September 2025 (online platform)

                                      22–26 September 2025 (paper form)

(2) Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

(3) When submitting the application, please bring the following documents:

1. A duly completed and signed Application Form for Admission to Primary One (Discretionary Places)
2. One recent passport-size photograph of your child
3. The original and a photocopy of your child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate (or valid proof of permission to stay in Hong Kong)
4. The original and a photocopy of address proof issued within the last three months – this must be a copy of stamped tenancy agreement or tenant’s rent card issued by public housing authorities, demand note for rates and/ or government rent, residential telephone bill, and the bills from various utility companies, like Town Gas, electric company, Water Supplies Department in the name of the parent or guardian
5. The original identity document of the parent or guardian (Hong Kong Identity Card/Passport/other identity document)
6. If the applicant’s elder brother or sister is currently studying at this school, please submit a photocopy of the cover and student information page of the current Student Handbook
7. If the applicant’s father/mother/elder brother/elder sister is a graduate of this school, please submit a photocopy of the graduation certificate

Note: If the graduation certificate has been lost, parents may apply for verification of graduation records when submitting the Application Form for Admission to Primary One. The school will not issue any separate certification document.

B. Announcement of “Discretionary Places” Admission Results

(1) On 24 November 2025, parents may check the admission list at the school reception, or call the school at 2777 9515 for enquiries; or

(2) Parents who have registered for “iAM Smart” may check the result via the “Primary One Admission e-Platform” from 10:00 a.m. on 24 November 2025.

 

C. Registration Procedures for Students Admitted through Discretionary Places

(1) Registration Dates: 26–27 November 2025

(2) Registration Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

(3) When registering, please bring the following documents:

1. Parent’s Copy of the “Application Form for Admission to Primary One”
2. Identity document of the parent/guardian for verification (if the registration is not conducted in person by the parent/guardian, the authorised person must submit a photocopy of the parent’s/guardian’s identity document)

Note: If parents fail to complete the registration procedures within the specified period, the school place will be considered forfeited.

D. Registration Procedures for Central Allocation

(1) Registration Dates: 9–10 June 2026

(2) Registration Time: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

(3) When registering, please bring the following documents:

1. Primary One Registration Form
2. The original and a photocopy of your child’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate (or valid proof of permission to stay in Hong Kong)
3. The original and a photocopy of the parent’s or guardian’s identity document (the parent or guardian handling the registration must present the original identity document)
4. One recent photograph of the student
5. The original and a photocopy of address proof issued within the last three months – this must be a copy of stamped tenancy agreement or tenant’s rent card issued by public housing authorities, demand note for rates and/ or government rent, residential telephone bill, and the bills from various utility companies, like Town Gas, electric company, Water Supplies Department in the name of the parent or guardian

 (4) Reminders

1. Students who were admitted to our school in November 2025 (Discretionary Places stage) and have already completed the registration procedures are not required to register again.
2. Parents do not need to bring your children to the school for registration.
3. If parents cannot complete the registration procedures on the specified dates or during the specified hours due to urgent matters, they must contact the school by phone to make alternative arrangements; otherwise, the school place will be regarded as forfeited.
4. If tropical cyclones, prolonged heavy rain or thunderstorms occur in Hong Kong during the registration dates, parents should pay attention to announcements on radio and television for special arrangements.
